Visual Storytelling Resources
Photography and Filmmaking
To the right are some guides that teach how to compose your shots for photos and videos. Composition is an important skill that influences how your story is told. The concepts we will teach include perspective, the golden ratio, the rule of thirds, and foreground/background. These ideas also apply to art and animation.

3D Scanning
Using LiDAR technology, we are able to scan just about anything and make a 3D model of it. This technology can be used to create video games, special effects, help preserve history and culture, and many other things.
For our workshops, we are using the Polycam 3D Scanner app, which is available on iPads.
